A metal components company has insisted that an accident which cost a worker an eye at one of its factories was a freak occurrence tarnishing an otherwise spotless health and safety record.

I spent last weekend Two weeks ago, I spent the weekend in San Francisco, which means that I spent last weekend a little happier than I normally am.
